Diversity is embedded within our DNA
TP’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion forms part of the Group’s core values. To this end, the Group has established an even gender balance among the workforce and in management positions.
It has also adopted a consistent compensation policy, which aims to reward individual and collective performance. It is not based on gender. As an example, in 2024, based on 2023 data, TP France scored 93/100 on the professional gender equality index.
