CSR vision

Putting people first is in our DNA

People are our top priority, whether they’re employees, clients, partners, prospects or neighbors. As we’ve continued to grow, our eye has always been on sustainability. The connections we create bring people together and deliver value for all current stakeholders while ensuring that the needs of future generations can be met. This is what it takes to be a Citizen of the World.

Citizen of the World

Improving lives every day

Our Citizen of the World (COTW) program helps people in need locally and around the globe, with a special focus on vulnerable children and their families.  Since 2006, we’ve made significant contributions to help underprivileged people and victims of natural disasters. But we don’t just focus on helping today. We’re also passionate about creating a better and fairer world for tomorrow.

A humanitarian commitment

Connecting person-to-person

The COTW charitable program is powered by fundraising, in-kind donations, and volunteer work. Our global presence, with a diverse and multilingual team, enables us to reach and support vulnerable people and communities in need around the world.

Our global teams volunteer their time and skills to support the missions and charitable activities of our NGO partners (non-governmental organizations, often private and non-profit).

We sponsor schools, collect school supplies and mentor children in need to help them get a high-quality education.

Our dedicated staff raise funds for organizations that provide medical care to people who need medicine, toiletries, hygiene kits and other essential healthcare items.

We collect toys and donate to local charities that bring joy to children and families in need during the holidays.

Our compassionate employees organize various campaigns to ease the pain of disadvantaged and disaster-stricken families and children.
