You can become part of our team if you
- have at least 1 year of experience as an engineer or system administrator
- know the basics of ITIL and have experience with Service Desk;
- know the basics of networking (LAN, WAN), IP-telephony;
- know Windows, Linux, server OS at the engineer level;
- know the basics of information security;
- have experience in working in a project team
- English level - B1 (Intermediate) and higher
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing IT requests in the Service Desk system;
- Supporting users (solving equipment problems, organizing access to resources, consulting on requests, problems, failures, etc;)
- Organizing new jobs and supporting existing ones;
- Troubleshooting problems and malfunctions with hardware and software;
- Participation in IT projects;
- Solving information security problems.
