You will provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate knowledge of departmental resources. In addition, you will ensure productive interactions, seek solutions, identify trends, and respond promptly to customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an advanced English level.
- Lives in Lima.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
- Has active listening skills.
- Has knowledge of MS Office.
