Job Purpose
As an event manager, your primary role is organising corporate events both Virtual and brick and mortar, Establish & Manage Relationship with Stakeholders, and other departments to enrich the experience of the delegates. In fulfilling this role, you will create a project plan for end-to-end event management, to create a WOW experience, implement visits/events, trackers, and ensure that the overall event branding and objectives are met. You will work with managers to promote effective Delegate Experience Management.
Teamwork is the key to the success of this department. The incumbent will possess the skills necessary to lead and motivate individuals to work cohesively in a team environment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Executing Client Visits across all channels (In person, Virtual & Hybrid) end to end
- Events planning – Go lives, Site Shoots, etc.
- Brainstorming and implementing visits plans and concepts
- Prepare rough drafts for idea presentations to stakeholders
- Preparing trackers for all visits/events and sharing it with the team and stakeholders
- Establish & manage relationships/engagement with the stakeholders and other departments
- Maintaining contact with stakeholders throughout the planning process to ensure all goals are met
- Liaise with designing team for visit/events creatives and collaterals
- Developing strategies for visits/events
- Establish objectives, budgets, resource allocation and planning
- Approve all aspects before visit/event including approval from HOD & CFO
Desired Industry Exposure
- Prior experience of minimum 5 years in Event/ Client Management (internal/corporate) for Managerial level
- Previous Experience with a Large International Corporate Events
- Single handedly managed large client events/projects.
- A minimum of 5+ years’ work experience across the above-mentioned organizations is a must.
- Evidence of first-class events project management skills and experience
