What you’ll do:
- Keep an eye on content, making sure it aligns with community guidelines and maintains top-tier quality and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive client info with care and confidentiality—discretion is key!
- Stay sharp with regular training sessions to keep up with the latest policies.
- Share trends and insights to help shape smarter processes and improve products. Your ideas matter here!
What we’re looking for:
- Portuguese proficiency of 80%+, English at 90%+, and native Spanish.
- Someone proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident—your vibe matters!
