Teleperformance - 09.07.2021

We at Teleperformance continuously strive to steer our employees towards self-growth and career fulfilment. Through the years, we have been committed to harness and unleash the potential of our people, always inspiring them to reach new heights. As a result, we remain focused on our goal and importance of employee empowerment through learning and development programs that help our people unlock the best version of themselves.

As an Employer of Choice, Teleperformance has set the highest standards in employee experience. We are honored to have been recognized for our efforts in creating a work environment that encourages and reiterates the importance of employee empowerment to learn and develop new skills that would prepare them for a bright future ahead. It is with gratitude that we announce the latest addition to the list of our recognitions—Teleperformance has won two awards at the 2021 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards: a Gold award for Best Advance in Learning Technology, and a Silver award for Best Use of Games and Simulations in Learning!

The Brandon Hall Group is a research and analyst firm, with more than 10,000 clients globally and 25 years of delivering research-based solutions. The Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards recognizes best practices in key areas of Human Capital Management (HCM), including learning and development, talent management, leadership development, talent acquisition, human resources, sales performance, diversity, equality, and inclusion, and the future of work.

Teleperformance’s gold-winning entry in the Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation category was called “MyTP—Creating One True Global Learning Organization.” The focus was on the global deployment of the MyTP learning platform that enabled Teleperformance global and local teams to offer learning, engage and show the importance of employee empowerment. During the pandemic, the platform was used to deliver content on key learning topics and personal development, as well as provide a curriculum to reskill trainers adapting to a virtual environment. Here are a few key data points:

  • 2,461,762 learning courses were completed in 2020, compared to 1,156,203 in 2019
  • The number of completed courses rose to 7.06 per person in 2020, compared to 4.51 in 2019
  • Teleperformance also created online curriculums to replace existing face-to-face programs. An example would be “MeetTP.” a course launched in Q4. With the launch, it resulted in 50,000 training hours saved by adopting a blended solution by the end of 2020
  • In 2021, Teleperformance looks to build further by launching an updated Global Performance Management process, Succession Planning, and Executive Leadership program

To further adapt to the future of learning, Teleperformance consistently leverages technology to deliver exceptional learning experiences. In the Best Use of Games and Simulation in Learning category, Teleperformance silver-winning entry was called “TP Gamification.” This award was partnered with The Game Agency. The Teleperformance Global L&D Team focused on gamifying learning content and incorporating gamification in every aspect of employee training and learning. The focus was to ensure that the experience for our learners was gamified, keeping it fun, engaging, and interactive. The team managed to deliver training by gamification through various forms, reaching a total of 895,171 games played in 2020.

Teleperformance would like to thank the Brandon Hall Group for this stellar recognition! We congratulate and thank our hardworking Learning and Development teams from all over the world for this achievement. We look forward to more opportunities to learn, grow, and develop every day, and here’s to more success in the future! #ProudtobeTP
