As we celebrate the fifth anniversary of TP Women, a global initiative dedicated to empowering and celebrating women at TP, we reflect on our journey defined by equality, empowerment, and inclusion. Since its inception, TP Women has exemplified TP's commitment to amplifying women's voices and fostering a supportive work culture globally. TP Women was our first diversity network and was the genesis of our focus on diversity across the board. From TP Women, we expanded our Diversity Networks globally. After all, diversity of thought and respect for one another is what is truly TP’s driver for success.
Pioneering Equality and Inclusion
TP Women was established with a clear mission: to empower women, promote gender awareness and equality, and drive positive change in the workplace and beyond. TP’s commitment to gender equality is evident in its global workforce composition. Among the team, 54% are women, higher than the top ten global brands average – 31% (based on public records) listed Interbrand[1]. Since 2019, TP has welcomed over 90,000 women into its global workforce. Currently, 52% of management positions are filled by women.

TP Women Spanning Across Countries, Regions, and Continents
TP's commitment to gender equality spans across countries, regions, and continents, showcasing inspiring examples from diverse locations. In the Philippines, TP ranks among the top 10 countries for women in director and above roles at 51.1%. In Portugal, women hold one of the highest average tenures at 4.4 years. In the USA, female employees constitute 64% of the workforce, exceeding the global average. In India, TP Women initiatives have increased female representation, as there has been a significant growth of women in the workforce from 33% in 2019 to 39% in 2023, with a goal of 40% by 2025. These are just a few examples reflecting the global impact and reach of the TP Women initiatives.
