This list celebrates the Best Workplaces™ in Latin America, providing an in-depth look at the experiences of millions of employees from thousands of organizations across 19 countries in the region.
TP ranked fourth in the Best Multinational Workplace in Latin America list among multinational companies in eight countries, including Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru, moving one place up from last year.
This recognition highlights TP’s dedication to providing a positive work environment that resonates across operations in eight countries throughout Latin America.
GPTW® identified the Best Multinational Workplaces in Latin America by surveying over one million employees and asking them about key factors that create great workplaces. Being named one of the best multinational workplaces in Latin America serves as a testament to our dedication to excellence and highlights the positive impact of our workplace programs on employee satisfaction and company success in the region.
In the Latin America region, we garnered a Trust Index Score of 81%, with 93% of employees stating that TP is a physically safe place to work. 95% of TP employees also stated that they are treated fairly regardless of race, 95% mentioned that they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation, and 94% said they are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
