Teleperformance in the Nordics Bags First Great Place to Work® Certification!

Another recognition for Teleperformance is in the bag, as our operations at Teleperformance in the Nordics recently received a prestigious Great Place to Work® certification for the first time!


Teleperformance operations in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark were recognized as a Great Place to Work®, after over 70% of Teleperformance employees in the Nordic region participated in the Trust Index© Survey from Great Place to Work® last June 2021. Survey respondents included both work-at-home and onsite employees. The certification involved an assessment of an employee’s perceptions of leadership, organizational culture, and trust, covering all aspects of the employee experience. The evaluation criteria heavily weighed on employee trust in Teleperformance. According to its website, the Trust Model© has five key areas: Trust-Credibility, Trust-Respect, Trust-Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, recognizing companies that aim to elevate the employee experience. Its methodology is rigorous, objective, and follows a global standard in defining high-performing workspaces and exceptional workplace culture. Highlights from Great Place to Work’s Employee Survey showed that over 90% of Teleperformance employees in the Nordic Region feel that they are treated fairly regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.
