Redefining our Commitment to Workplace Excellence

At TP, we continuously foster a supportive work culture and redefine our commitment to elevating our employees' experiences. For the second consecutive year, TP has been included in GPTW®’s Best Workplaces in Colombia list (for companies with over 1,500 employees), ranking second! This recognition is a testament to TP's ongoing efforts to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering work environment for its employees.


This year, TP has achieved a Trust Index Score of 94%. We continue to set the standard for creating an environment where employees are inspired to thrive, excel, and collaborate.


The survey briefly mentioned key responses:

- 98% of employees stated TP is a physically safe space to work
- 98% of employees mentioned that they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation
- 97% of employees responded that they are treated fairly regardless of race and gender
- 96% of employees are given the equipment and resources to do their job
