Recently, Teleperformance attained a Solutions Partner designation for Infrastructure (Azure) from Microsoft, an achievement that further solidifies our capabilities of delivering the most advanced, digitally powered business services to help the world’s best brands streamline businesses in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Today, we are excited to share great news. We have achieved another milestone – Teleperformance has officially received a Microsoft Azure Cloud Solutions Partner designation for Digital & App Innovation (Azure).
In our quest to fuel our Cloud-as a-Service model, we continuously look for ways to innovate and explore vast technologies that enable us to deliver proven digital business services to our clients and their customers. As a Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation (Azure), we demonstrate our broad capabilities to help clients and customers build and modernize cloud-native applications, and transform how to code, collaborate, and ship software[1].
Like our previous designation, attaining a Solutions Partner designation for Digital & App Innovation (Azure) from Microsoft is determined by a partner capability score. The partner capability score is composed of three subcategories and analyzes an organization’s technical capabilities and current solutions that help customers succeed and grow, based on[2]:
- Performance: Measured by net customer adds
- Skilling: Verifies an organization’s efforts in skill development and training by immediate certifications
- Customer success: Measured by usage growth and number of solution deployments
A minimum score of 70 must be met in each category to attain the designation.
Achieving this designation boosts our capabilities, brings efficiency, and improves our activities in Azure. Being a Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation (Azure) can help on the following[3]:
- Migrating and deploying production of web application workloads, applying DevOps, and managing app services in Azure
- Managing production workloads in the cloud and environments in Azure
- Implementing secure DevOps practices while using Azure
