This is TP in Indonesia’s first time being included in the list.

For 30 years, the Trust Index™ survey has surveyed employees globally about their workplace experiences. The ranking on the Best Workplaces™ list is based on employee feedback, which is analyzed to determine the level to which these positive experiences are shared across the workforce. This analysis includes assessing differences in responses across demographic groups and roles to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

The survey covered topics such as leadership accessibility and communication, respect for individuals, training, benefits, and support for well-being, fairness in pay, promotions, and recognition, pride in work and the company, and enjoyment of colleagues and feeling cared for.
