In GPTW®’s employee survey, 83% of employees at TP in Nigeria say that TP is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical company. Furthermore, employees responded that when they joined the company, they were made to feel welcome. Employees stated that TP is a physically safe place to work and also answered that they are given the resources and equipment to do their job. The survey also mentioned that employees quickly adapted to changes needed for the organization’s success and feel a sense of pride.
