Leading with Responsibility
Created in 2012, Verego’s SRS Certification continues to set the highest social responsibility standards, recognizing organizations that manage, implement, or improve their social responsibility programs, initiatives, and goals. Verego conducted an in-depth review of TP’s ESG policies against international standards. They also assessed the implementation of policies in practice by interviewing site managers and conducting employee surveys.
Verego holistically evaluates an organization's efforts in managing social responsibility initiatives across five critical areas:

TP achieved full certification in all five categories. This recognition validates the impact of our frameworks and policies on both a global and local level, ensuring our CSR practices exceed international standards.
