We are truly proud and excited to announce that we have unlocked another milestone: Teleperformance ranked 9th on the Best Workplaces in Europe™ 2022 list in the Multinational size category! This year, this recognition from Great Place to Work® (GPTW) is even more special as Teleperformance is the ONLY company from the business process outsourcing industry that made it on the top 25 of the list in the Multinational category.
As the global authority on workplace culture, GPTW® has been recognizing companies that provide exceptional experiences to their employees. This year, GPTW® partnered with the Economist Group to share insights on the best workplaces in Europe. The list was based on confidential survey data that represented 1.4 million employees from over 3,000 companies across 37 countries in Europe. The survey gathered employee sentiments and analyzed employee experiences that centered on trust, innovation, leadership, and company values.
