She has led the merger of captives in India to bring in operational efficiencies through business and technology transformation & integration.

Jayaprakash Kalappan is a chartered accountant, cost accountant and company secretary and has twenty-plus years of rich experience in financial strategy, corporate financing and compliance, among others. He won the Best CFO - FMCG Award 2021 conferred by the All India Association of Industries and was the winner of CFO 100 Roll of Honour 2019, 2020 and 2021 Award for three consecutive years.
