Glenda McNeal has enjoyed an extraordinary career, including nearly three decades of outstanding leadership at American Express. As President, Enterprise Strategic Partnerships, she defines American Express’s partnership strategy and leads the key initiatives and negotiations for the company’s strategic relationships. She currently serves on the corporate boards of Nordstrom, Inc. and RLJ Lodging Trust. She is also a member of the board of directors for Global Business Travel, a board member of the World Travel & Tourism Council, and the Montclair Film Festival. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council. Glenda is a graduate of Dillard University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

She has spent over 25 years with Teleperformance. In her previous role, she served as President of the US market.

Mamta Rodrigues is Divisional President at Teleperformance directly reporting into Teleperformance’s Chief Client Officer. In this role, Mamta leads Teleperformance's Banking Financial Services & Insurance vertical and has full responsibility for supporting the client growth, expansion plans, and leveraging the best assets to build, support, and grow the global business unit. Mamta has worked in various facets of financial services, led digital products, transformation and innovation whilst also leading various diversity and inclusion efforts in her 26 years of experience.
