Daniel Julien founded TP in 1978 at the age of 25, after graduating from the University of Paris-Nanterre, where he majored in Economics. Starting with just 10 telephone lines in an office in Paris, he succeeded in growing TP to the number one position in the French market in 1985 and then number one in the European market in 1995, eventually achieving number one worldwide. Daniel Julien currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of TP.

Thomas Mackenbrock, 48, currently serves as Group Deputy CEO of TP. Before this, he was the CEO of Majorel Group, where he led the company from its inception until its IPO on the Euronext Amsterdam in 2021 and its acquisition by TP at the end of 2023. Prior to Majorel, Thomas spent over 12 years at Bertelsmann, a global leader in media and services, where he held various senior leadership roles. He began his career at McKinsey & Company in 2000, with a focus on servicing clients in the telecom and high-tech sectors.

João Cardoso is the Chief Innovation and Digital Officer of TP, with global oversight over IT, TP standards, security, transformation, AI initiatives and the consulting division of TP. Formerly TP’s President for EMEA with P&L responsibility for the region, João had also been appointed Global Chief of Research, Development, and Digital Integration in 2017. Before joining TP in 2003, João was one of the founders of Altitude Software (originally Easyphone). He also helped establish and was the president of the Portuguese Contact Center Association. João has a degree in Software Engineering with specialization in AI and formal languages and holds an MBA from the Nova School of Business and Economics, as well as a post-graduate degree in Product Management and Marketing from Wharton. He is fluent in five languages.

Luciana Cemerka is TP’s Chief Marketing Officer and has delivered bold and innovative marketing campaigns for TP worldwide. With a career developed by working in multinational companies such as Microsoft and Telefonica, as well as possessing international working experience, Luciana brings to TP her passionate view and vast knowledge in implementing a 360-degree marketing approach. She is always motivated to achieve more and is willing to make a difference. Luciana is also a Guest Professor in an online digital marketing course offered by one of the most renowned universities in São Paulo, Brazil.

Miranda Collard is the Group Chief Client Officer and has been with TP for 26 years. She has a deep understanding of the BPO industry across multiple organizations. She has held roles with oversight of operational delivery, coupled with various support departments at TP, and has experience across a broad spectrum of industry verticals. Serving TP clients in an end-to-end delivery across the global TP footprint, Miranda is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and business transformation efforts of our client partners.

Eric Dupuy is currently the Chief Business Development Officer at TP. Eric has held various business development leadership roles over the course of their career, including at Sento, ClientLogic, Lionbridge, and ModusLink. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Sales for Southern Europe at RR Donnelley. Eric began their career at IBM in 1992 as a Sales Manager.

Eric Dupuy has an MBA in International Business from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Eric also has a certification from COPC Inc. in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) and a certification from SalesforLife in Social Selling Mastery 3.4.

Agustin Grisanti is TP’s Group Chief Operating Officer. He previously held the role of President for Ibero-LATAM. Before joining TP in 2014, Agustin worked for Hermes Management Consulting and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Agustin has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Argentina and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Klein is TP’s President of Specialized Services. He oversees LanguageLine Solutions (the world’s leading provider of on-demand language services), TLScontact (a global leader in visa and consular services for government clients), Health Advocate, a US company specialized in digital integrated business solutions and services for consumer healthcare management, and AllianceOne (a top receivables management firm). Before its acquisition by TP, Scott served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LanguageLine. He has successfully led companies in multiple industries, including Advertising, Consumer Packaged Goods, Market Research, Business Process Outsourcing, Consumer Electronics, Technology Products, and Building Products. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Teri O’Brien is TP’s Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. She has over 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance and compliance matters. Before joining TP, Teri was a partner at Latham & Watkins, LLP, an international law firm with offices throughout the world.

Born on January 13, 1960, Moulay Hafid Elalamy graduated from the Canadian university of Sherbrooke with a degree in information systems. He began his career in Canada in the insurance sector before becoming General Secretary of the ONA Group, now Al Mada, Morocco’s leading private industrial and financial group.

In 1995, Mr. Elalamy founded the Saham Group, starting out in financial services with Saham Assurance. This entity gradually expanded into 26 countries in Africa and the Middle East, to become the leading insurer on the African continent. In 2018, Saham Assurance was acquired by Sanlam for a valuation of $2 billion. At the same time, the Saham Group broadened its horizons by diversifying into customer relations as early as 2004, as well as into other key sectors with high economic and social impact such as education, real estate, agriculture and healthcare.

In 2019, Mr. Elalamy founded Majorel with its partner Bertelsmann. This company experienced strong growth, successfully listing on the Amsterdam stock exchange in September 2021. TP acquired Majorel in 2023.

From 2006 to 2009, he chaired the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM).

From 2013 to 2021, he was Morocco’s Minister of Industry, Commerce, Digital Transformation and the Green Economy. During his tenure, 50 industrial ecosystems and 650,000 new jobs were created, and industry’s share of Morocco’s GDP increased by 9 points.

In 2021, Mr. Elalamy returned to the helm of the Saham Group and the Saham Foundation, created in 2008 to create a lasting impact on the most vulnerable populations in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa.
The Foundation focuses on health, education and mentoring.

Mr. Alain Boulet was born on June 24th, 1949 and holds a Degree in Psychology, ethology and behavioral sciences from Nanterre University. Between 1975 and 1985, within the Time Warner Group, he designs and implements mail orders to win new clients and build customer loyalty for Southern Europe and then creates the first call centers dedicated to Time Group customers.
In 1985, he became the founding Chairman of the ONE agency. Initially based around its know-how on the mail-order business, the agency will become one of the leaders in terms of design and implementation of customer relationship management and communication strategies both for business to business and for business to consumer. He became Chairman of the SR Marketing Services in 1999, the group acting on the entire specialized marketing services chain. The expertise offered covering upstream and research with qualitative and quantitative studies businesses, data mining or predictive models, as well as the downstream with all specialized communication businesses such as sales promotion, Direct marketing or the Web to Field Marketing, animation and stimulation of sales networks. As a specialist of Relationship Marketing, data processing and analysis, he has worked, since 2008, as a web marketing consultant for companies in the financial sector integrating e-commerce in their marketing and sales approach.
Mr. Alain Boulet was appointed a director of the Company on May 31st, 2011.

Ms. Angela Maria Sierra-Moreno was born on August 30th, 1954 and holds a Degree in Bacteriology from the Colegio Mayor de Antioquia University (Colombia) and a Masters’ Degree in Science from the University of Ohio (United States). Angela Maria Sierra-Moreno has acquired over 20 years’ experience in the customer management field in various business sectors. From 1995 to 2002, Ms. Sierra-Moreno was Vice-President in charge of Services at ACES, where one of her main tasks was to coordinate initiatives aimed at changing the Company’s culture, in accordance with its requirements and those of the outside environment. Ms. Sierra-Moreno has been an organizational management consultant since 2010, and advises companies and organizations operating in various business sectors on customer relationship management, Human Resources, and cultural
and organizational change. Ms. Angela Maria Sierra-Moreno was appointed a director at the shareholders’ meeting held on May 7th, 2014.

Ms. Brigitte Daubry was born on June 24, 1963 and holds a Master's degree in management from the Paris Dauphine University and an MBA from the ESSEC Business School. She also obtained the Executive certificate - Women Board Ready from the ESSEC Business School.

Ms. Daubry started her career in 1988 as Chief of a BtC group and Director of a Business Unit BtB within the TP group. She then served as Director of the Asia-Pacific region in 1995 and as Corporate Vice President of Quality to manage the implementation of the ISO 9002 norms and then, starting in 2007, the COPC norms.

In 2011, she takes the leadership of the Europe Middle East and Africa region and of TP France until the end of 2014.

In 2015, newly-based in Singapore, she became Senior Advisor for the Accenture Group in Singapore and Sydney before joining Lazada, subsidiary of the Alibaba group in 2016 as Group Chief Customer Care Officer for the 6 countries of ASEAN where the group operates, function she held until January 2024.

Ms. Daubry was co-opted to the Board of Directors of the Company on March 6, 2024. This appointment is to be ratfied at the shareholders' meeting to be held on May 23, 2024.

Born on February 6th, 1971, Ms.  Carole Toniutti is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor and (graduated in 2000) and obtained a master’s degree from the École supérieure de commerce de Pau (1992). She began her career at the Parisian audit firm SalustroReydel at the end of 1994 where she mainly worked on audit engagements on large listed groups. She developed strong consolidation skills. In 1999, she joined Bordeaux and joined KPMG Audit, where she worked until 2012 where she leads audit engagements for various groups. After 18 years of audit experience, she joined PwC’s Bordeaux office in 2013 and was appointed partner in 2014, in charge of the development of consulting activities.

In 2016, she joined as a co-managing partner the PwC Entrepreneurs branch, dedicated to serve SMEs and mid-caps (a separate partnership from PwC Audit). She creates and coordinates the Deals & Value offer at the national level and is engaged in the firm’s strategy in terms of service offers. In June 2021, she participates, with her 58 partners, in the acquisition of this activity leading to the exit of the PwC network, the entry into the PKF International network, and the creation of the ARSILON brand in France (800 employees in 25 offices).

On a daily basis, she manages the Bordeaux office, coordinates and supervises PKF Arsilon’s Deals &  Value teams at the national level, and supports her clients (mainly regional groups) on accounting, consolidation & reporting, process improvement, transactions, etc. She is also responsible for several statutory audit mandates.

Ms. Carole Toniutti was appointed a director at the shareholders’ meeting held on April 14th, 2022.

Ms. Christobel Selecky was born on March 9th, 1955, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Delaware (United States) and a Masters’ Degree in Public Relations and Communications from Syracuse University (New York). Ms. Selecky has over 40 years’ experience in the healthcare sector as a director, manager and company founder.

She has been working as an independent consultant and corporate director since 2010 and provides strategic advice and recommendations to teams of managers and investors involved or seeking to become involved in the healthcare sector at both national and international level. Ms. Selecky serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee of Satellite Healthcare, one of the United States’ leading not-for-profit providers of kidney dialysis and related services since 1974. She also serves on the Board of Directors and on the Audit and Compensation Committees of ImmunityBio (IBRX) a leading late-clinical-stage immunotherapy company developing next-generation therapies that drive immunogenic mechanisms for defeating cancers and infectious diseases. Finally, she serves on the Board of Directors of Griswold Home Care, a private equity backed non-medical home care company with 200 locations throughout the United States. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business MBA program teaching Healthcare Entrepreneurship. Ms.  Selecky is active in several board governance organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Southwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a US national non-profit association providing education and standards for corporate governance and Board excellence.

Ms. Christobel Selecky was appointed a director at the shareholders’ meeting held on May 7 th, 2014.

Born on December 18th, 1982, Mr. Evangelos Papadopoulos is a graduate on computer programming languages from I.I.E.K. XYNI. He joined TP in 2004 as an agent and acquired expertise and knowledge in the contact center industry which eventually scaled up on being an expert operations manager and business strategist with a sound understanding of organizational development. In 2014, he has been elected as an employee’s representative to the Special Negotiation Body that contributed to the implementation of the European Committee Works Council (ECWC) of TP SE. He continued to serve at the ECWC until 2020 and was re-elected as a member of the
ECWC and its bureau. Mr. Papadopoulos is currently Assistant Contact Center Manager of the Attica center in Greece. He was designated director representing the employees by the ECWC of TP SE on November 2nd, 2020.

Mr. Jean Guez was born on November 25th, 1945 and is a graduate of the Montpellier Business School and the Paris Institute of Corporate Administration. He also holds a Degree in Chartered Accountancy. From October 1967, he worked as a trainee chartered accountant at SETEC (Paris), and then at Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG) from December 1968. In 1972, after qualifying as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, he joined
SO.CO.GE.RE as Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until 1982, when he joined Sofintex as a Managing Partner. He then became a partner of the BDO France Group in 2000, and then of the Deloitte Group in 2006. He is currently a Managing Partner at Conseil CSA. Mr. Jean Guez was appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company on January 29th, 2010, and became a director on May 31st, 2011, following the change in the governance structure adopted at the shareholders’ meeting.

Kevin Niu was born in Beijing, China and moved to Canada at 13 and to the United States at 18 years old. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with the highest honor. He pursued his master’s degree and Ph.D. studies in applied physics from Harvard University, focused on nanophotonic devices and fabrication with applications in optical and quantum information.

Kevin is the founder and CEO of Urus Entertainment, a company in the development stage to create a unique avatar experience adoptable by the mass market. Kevin is the principal driving force to expand the concept of avatar-integrated content on mobile phones and is currently leading the development of consumer-facing technologies using AI algorithms to create avatars with market-leading quality.

As a hobby project in college, Kevin co-produced and co-presented the feature film "People Mountain People Sea," which earned a Silver Lion award at the 68th International Film Festival. Kevin is a co-founder and Chief Business Advisor with Astro-Nomical Entertainment, which initiated the Emmy-nominated Netflix series “A Tale Dark & Grimm.” His interest in entertainment also led him to co-produce the Tony Award-nominated play "Of Mice and Men,” earning a Drama Desk Award, setting a new box office record at the Longacre Theater. He is a member of the Producers Guild of America.

Born on December 30th, 1970, Pauline Ginestié holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School of Columbia University in New York, a diploma in Economics and Finance from Sciences-Po Paris and a Masters degree in English Literature from the Paris X University. She started her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Paris. In 1999, she joined NetValue USA as product and project manager, before moving to Register.com in 2001. She became a freelance digital business consultant in 2002 and developed an interest in user experience, leading to a Master of Sciences in Human Computer Interaction/Ergonomics from University College London. She then joined Foviance, a user experience consultancy, before going freelance in 2012 as a customer experience consultant. More recently she has been building on her knowledge of human behaviour to develop an executive and leadership coaching practice. Since 2017, she has been an independent director of PCAS (Seqens Group). Ms. Pauline Ginestié was appointed a director at the shareholders’ meeting held on April 28th, 2016.

Born on March 30th, 1974, Ms. Shelly Gupta holds an Integrated Master of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi. She began her career at Thaumaturgix, a software consulting firm, and then went on to work for Standard & Poor’s as a Senior Consultant in the Risk Solutions group. In 2007 as a founding partner of TutorAndMentor.com, she worked on creating a supplemental educational services company. She is currently the strategic Chief Financial Officer of The Equity Project Charter Schools in New York City that serves students from underserved communities. As a volunteer CFO, she serves GetMAGIC, a non-profit that provides one-on-one mentoring to middle and high school girls to encourage them to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) careers.

Mr. Varun Bery was born on September 27th , 1958. He holds a BA degree (summa cum laude) in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University where he also played on the varsity squash team. Mr Bery also received an MBA degree with High Distinction from Harvard Business School where he was named a Baker Scholar. He started his career in 1981 as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York. He then worked in investment banking with CS First Boston in New York from 1992 to 1994 before moving to Hong Kong in 1995 to join the Asian Infrastructure Fund, a private equity fund with close to US$1 billion under management.
Mr. Bery subsequently co-founded TVG Capital Partners in 1998 to invest in media and telecom assets throughout Asia, with over US$700m under management. During a portion of his tenure at TVG, Mr. Bery concurrently ran the regionwide Private Capital Asia business for JP Morgan out of Hong Kong which had US$750m of committed capital from the bank. Since 2016, Mr. Bery has been a Senior Advisor to StormHarbour Securities in Hong Kong. Mr. Bery serves on the Boards of both the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association and the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong. Mr. Bery also serves on the Board and Finance Committee of Integrated Board Education Limited (IBEL), an educational charity serving children from ethnic minority communities in Hong Kong. At Yale, Mr. Bery serves on the Inaugural Advisory Board of the Jackson School of Global Affairs.

Born on January 10th, 1983, Véronique de Jocas holds a Diploma of Specialized Graduate Studies (Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in law from Montesquieu Bordeaux IV University. In 2007, she graduated from Kedge Business School with a Specialized degree in Risk Management. She started her career at TP in 2008 in the context of the creation of the Group Insurance Manager position. Her objectives consisted
in defining and implementing the global insurance management policy of TP. Accompanying the Group’s development, her expertise widened through the management of cross-disciplinary projects in crisis management, risk management and compliance. Since 2009, she is a member of the Association for Corporate Risk and Insurance Management (Association pour le Management des Risques et des Assurances de l’Entreprise or AMRAE). Véronique de Jocas was designated director representing employees by the Social and Economic Committee (Comité social et économique) of TP SE on September 9th, 2020.

Alan Winters is the Chief People and Diversity Officer and Deputy Chief Global Compliance Officer. He is responsible for Global Human Resources, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Ethics, and Global Compliance for the Group.  Alan has over 28 years in operations and compliance management with global Fortune 500 organizations and has held leadership roles at Citibank, Sprint, and Express Scripts before joining TP. He has extensive operational experience leading global teams in the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecommunications sectors.

Alvaro Buesa is the company’ Chief Client Officer for the EMEA region. With over 20 years of experience in Senior Executive Sales and Client Services roles in the BPO industry, he is currently managing our top European headquartered accounts with full responsibility for day-to-day client support in addressing their CX needs and strategic growth planning. Alvaro has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland and an Executive MBA from ESADE Business School. He joined TP in 2023 after 9 years at Majorel.

Angélica is the Chief Transformation Officer for LATAM, leading innovation and digital transformation efforts across the region. With over 18 years of experience in technology and BPO industries, she held senior roles at multinational IT firms like IBM, Dell, Lenovo, and MPS before joining TP. Angélica holds an MBA degree in Industrial Engineering, and a Diploma in Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley. Named Mujer TIC Latam 2020 (Tech Women in Latin America 2020), she has been recognized for her leadership and expertise in driving impactful change in the technology sector. Angelica is also Chair of TP Women in TP MAR.

Anish is the Chief Executive Officer for TP in India. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, Anish brings deep expertise to multi-country operations, delivering excellence in large-scale operations, sales, mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss management, Client Relationship Management, business development, financial services transition, and project management.

Serves as the President of Multilingual Hubs at TP and oversees operations in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Romania, and Egypt. A seasoned executive with over 18 years of experience in the customer service and contact center industry, Augusto joined TP in 2005 and quickly rose through the ranks. His tenure includes significant leadership roles such as CEO of TP Chile and Spain, COO of Spain, and CEO of Portugal, culminating in his appointment as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region before assuming his current position. Throughout his career, Augusto has been recognized for his ability to drive operational success, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead multinational teams in highly competitive markets.

Benoit is TP’s Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer. He joined TP in 2022 after spending more than 17 years in Big 4 firms with KPMG and then EY in France where he was a Partner specializing in International taxation/transfer pricing matters. He now oversees Financial Reporting & Consolidation, Corporate Accounting, Tax and Finance transformation. Prior to joining TP Benoit was advising large multinational companies, primarily in the Financial industry as well as the Service/BPO sector on the structuring of the accounting and tax aspects of their global value chain. He also focuses on developing integrated digital solutions supporting, enhancing, and streamlining the design, reporting, compliance, and defense of intragroup matters.

After graduating from ESCP Europe Business School, Cecile Falchier started her career as an auditor with PWC, and as a Corporate Auditor at Rhône-Poulenc Group. She is Six Sigma Black belt-certified and is a Chartered Accountant. Cecile Falchier has more than 25 years of experience in International finance and leadership positions, and in integration and transformation program management in France and Germany for global companies such as General Electric, Carrier (United Technologies), Sanofi, and Pfizer before joining TP in 2010 as EMEA CFO.

In 2016, Cecile was appointed Digital Finance Transformation Director to lead the rollout of TP Group ERP D365. Cécile Falchier joined TLScontact in 2019 as Group CFO, a TP Specialized Services business unit.

Certified Women Be European Board Ready and member of the Executive leadership committee and TLS Boards, Cecile has been chairing the TLSWomen Board. After supporting the preparation of Majorel integration in 2023, Cecile Falchier was appointed SVP Head of Group Controlling in February 2024 and Head of Global FP&A and Controlling in January 2025.

Charlotte Foucteau is the CEO of TP in Greece, as well as a member of its Board of Directors. With a proven track record of success, Charlotte assumed the CEO role in November of 2022 after serving as Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Having been an integral part of TP Greece since 2007, Charlotte has extensive experience managing complex and multilingual accounts. Her deep understanding of the customer experience management industry and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company's continuous development. Charlotte Foucteau holds an academic degree in Law from the Pantheon Assas University in Paris.

Christian Buschmeier serves as TP’s Group Chief Standards and Process Officer. With a 23-year career spanning various roles in Client Management and Operations, Chris spearheads the enhancement of TP standards (TOPS/BEST) and drives business process transformation in collaboration with regional CTO teams. He has a strong focus on expediting the adoption of AI, Analytics, and Process Excellence initiatives.

Previously, Chris established the framework for Global Standardization and Global Service Delivery Management at Majorel where he served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations Excellence. He holds diplomas in Economics and Business Administration from Kiel University (CAU) in Germany.

Christine Ernult is the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer at TP. She joined the TP headquarters in 2012 after spending 23 years at Havas, a multinational advertising agency. Christine has a deep understanding of consolidation, accounting, tax management, budgeting, and management reporting. She has implemented numerous finance projects and has expertise in IFRS and US GAAP. She is also responsible for the digital transformation of group finance using cloud-based tools and an agile approach.

Clémentine is the Senior Vice President for Corporate for Corporate Social Responsibility, developing and deploying the Group’s sustainability and ESG strategy. She joined TP in 2009, coming from Argentina and France. Prior to her current role, she led the Group’s business intelligence area. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

Dallas FitzPatrick is the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director at TP. With over a decade of experience in HR and DEI, Dallas specializes in creating and implementing holistic DEI strategies aligned with organizational values. She leverages data-driven insights and prioritizes employee voices for meaningful impact. Dallas holds a BSc in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Troy University.

Danny is  currently the account CEO for one of TP’s largest clients providing services across Digital Advertising Sales, Trust & Safety, B2B and B2C support, Cloud Sales, and Data Labelling. He has a strong track record working for companies like Compaq Computers and HP managing their outsourcing strategy and delivery in addition to a decades of BPO experience with Stream Global Services (Now Concentrix) & BT Global services. Since joining TP in 2012, Danny has overseen significant growth for many of our client partners while maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and business transformation efforts to enhance those clients’ businesses.

Danny Kuivenhoven, our Global Head of Generative AI at TP, is the driving force behind the creation of innovative AI tools like StoryfAI and TP GenAI. These tools not only revolutionize machine translation and provide generative AI support for employees, but also underscore Danny's dedication to enhancing both customer experiences and operational efficiency. Beyond his technological innovations, Danny is committed to harmonizing the relationship between people and technology. He focuses on leveraging the unique strengths of each to create a perfect synergy, ensuring TP remains a leader in digital transformation delivered with a human touch.

David Cook is the President of Business Development for the  English-speaking world region at TP. Having joined TP in 2006, David brings over 20 years of experience as a senior customer experience management executive. Before TP, he held leadership positions at Verizon, the Sutherland Group, and Concentrix. David has developed customer experience strategies (acquisition, retention, and support) for more than 100 Global 1,000 companies, linking sales, operations, contact centers, and digital and mobile technologies.

David Rizzo is the President for the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region and has spent the past 17 years with TP in Asia. As one of the region’s most seasoned industry executives, he was able to help establish the company’s Philippine offshore footprint in 2003. Since then, David has led TP’s development into a physical footprint in China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, with the latter serving as the multilingual hub for 15 Asian languages with region-wide, work-at-home solutions across Asia via the TP Cloud Campus. David is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, service delivery, and business strategy for our people and partners in APAC.

Dev Mudaliar is the Global Chief Information Officer at TP. Managing all aspects of IT at a global level, he is responsible for driving digital transformation within IT. Dev has over 28 years of IT experience, 21 of which are in the BPO industry. He has a deep understanding of IT and expertise in all its aspects, including deploying shared services, overseeing large acquisitions, and managing partnerships with major technology providers, including Microsoft, Avaya, HP, Genesys, and NICE.

Dominique Decaestecker is the CEO of TP's French-speaking market, and the General Manager of Majorel's Middle East region. A graduate of IESEG business school and in accounting, he notably worked for EY before joining Arvato, first as head of the financial department, then as general manager of customer service activities on the French-speaking market which, under his leadership, experienced strong growth. In 2019, the Chief Operating Officer at Majorel and helped establish the company's operational performance around the world. Dominique strives to continually strengthen operational excellence and deliver innovative solutions to ensure that customer journeys are simpler, more fluid, more efficient and more secure. With such a vision, he contributed to develop Arvato CRM activities which became Majorel.

Emmanuelle joined TP’s  Legal Department in 2011 and took on the role of Chief Legal Officer of the EMEA Region (Europe Middle East and Africa) in 2016. She is also in charge of the Intellectual Property of the Group, responsible for protecting key assets such as trademarks, software, and processes. Emmanuelle has two master’s degrees in Corporate Law and International Law, and had the opportunity to work as a customer service representative in a TP contact center in the South of France during her law studies.

Gary Slade is TP’s CEO for the UK and South Africa. He has extensive experience in the industry with senior roles at organizations including IBM and American Express at both global and regional levels. He has a strong background in operations, client services and business development. Gary has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics, and lives in Hampshire, England.

Imane is the Global Vice President of Operations for one of TP’s biggest accounts, with over 16 years of extensive experience in management and tactical leadership positions. Known for maintaining an uncompromising focus on high-quality standards and bottom-line improvements, Imane brings deep expertise to multi-country operations, delivering excellence in large-scale operations and project management.

Jeff Cordell is the President and CEO of Health Advocate Solutions. Having joined TP in 2021, Health Advocate’s mission is to help members maximize the value of their employer-provided benefits in our complex healthcare system. Jeff has 30 years of experience working in the fields of mobile and digital communications, technology start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, information security, and cloud-based conferencing and collaboration. Previously, Jeff served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for TP Specialized Services, a global leader providing digital business solutions, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for LanguageLine Solutions in 2016. Prior to joining TP, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Technology at West Corporation where he led several high-growth start-ups and founded their innovation practice. He worked as an architect at Electronic Data Systems, and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and has been awarded over 30 patents in the field of disruptive communications technology.

Jeff Schilling is the Chief Information Security Officer responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the cybersecurity function and global information security incident response. He serves as the strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and C-Suite on all matters relating to cybersecurity posture, readiness, investment, and risk. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 24 years of military experience in IT service management, product management, Chief Information Officer roles, information security, and global cyber operations. Since retiring from military service, Jeff’s functions have included managing an international incident response practice and multiple Chief Information Security Officer positions for global multitenant service provider companies.

An industrial engineer with a master’s degree in Marketing, Juan Carlos has worked in the BPO industry for the last 22 years. He joined TP in March 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer for the Colombia, Guyana, and Peru (CGP) region, leading his team to achieve outstanding results, including driving the region’s commercial boost and business model transformation. In January 2020, Juan Carlos was named President for the LATAM region. With a deep understanding of the BPO industry in multiple verticals and geographies, he is also responsible for leading the region’s long-term strategy, day-to-day decisions, and operational direction.

Karsten König a native of Durban, South Africa and studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg in Germany. He is currently focused on support clients headquartered in APAC, helping them to successfully execute their global expansion and transformation efforts.He started his career in the BPO industry in 1998 with responsibility for the globalisation of Arvato CRM services (later Majorel) by establishing subsidiaries in India, China, Austria and Argentina. After many operational and business development roles, he managed a large portfolio of global clients primarily from the high-tech, retail, travel, and tourism industries. Having managed global clients across the worldwide site network, Karsten has developed strong intercultural skills, domain expertise, and a network of industry experts.

Kelly Grypari became the Chief Financial Officer for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region in 2016. With a bachelor’s degree from the American College of Greece, and an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, Kelly Grypari has vast experience working in international environments. After a successful career in Hilton Athens Hotel’s Accounting and Finance Department, and Athen’s Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games in 2004, she joined TP in 2006 as the Financial Controller in Southern Europe and the Middle East, and Chief Financial Officer of Greece. Kelly is responsible for managing the regional FP&A, Procurement and Finance Transformation departments, working closely with country Chief Financial Officers and liaising with the Group for Treasury, Legal and Internal Audit matters, acting as an advisor to the region’s Presidents, and pursuing major process transformation within her territory and globally.

Kevin Xu spearheads TP Infinity as CEO for China. With more than 27 years of expertise in consumer marketing, direct-to-consumer sales, and customer relationship management (CRM), Kevin is at the forefront of driving digital transformation. He focuses on enhancing end-to-end consumer engagement throughout the entire consumer journey, from marketing automation to digital customer experience (CX). Kevin's extensive experience spans CRM and CX within various industries, including FMCG, beauty, luxury, airlines and automotive. He holds an Executive MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

Mamta Rodrigues is the Chief Client Officer of Banking Financial Services Insurance at TP. She manages over 140 clients globally and has full responsibility for driving client expansion plans and leveraging the best assets to build, support, and grow the business unit globally. With over 25 years of experience in this vertical, Mamta brings a wealth of knowledge in payments, banking, and insurance. Mamta has an undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Mamta is also a guest lecturer at NYU. She is co-chair of TP Women and a Board member in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Marcel Vrieling serves as the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. He has a track record in international business development, sales leadership, and general management in mid-sized and large ITO and BPO industry-leading firms like Baan, Global Cloud Xchange (formerly Vanco), Infosys, and Accenture. Marcel is passionate about business growth and disruption, digital innovation, transformation, sourcing/outsourcing partnerships, and globalization. At TP, he is responsible for day-to-day business growth leadership and strategic sales direction for the region.

In 2021, Mike took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of TP in the USA. Mike is a passionate and strategic leader whose expertise was nurtured for over twenty years. A homegrown talent, Mike started his remarkable career at TP as a contact center agent based out of the U.S. in 1998. He rose through the ranks and was eventually promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2011 and, within a few years, grew his account to support multiple lines of business across four TP sites in Metro Manila and Cebu City. Since then, he has held leadership roles including EVP and Chief Customer Officer. Mike welcomes new opportunities to take TP operations to the next level of market leadership.

Pablo Antoja is the Chief Business Development Officer at TP for the LATAM region. He has been instrumental in growing the Ibero-LATAM region, bringing over 25 years of experience in management consulting, application services, and outsourcing from companies like PwC and IBM. Before joining TP, Pablo was the Chief Executive Officer of GesNext, the IBM acquisition of the Telefonica BPO subsidiary, T-Gestiona. Pablo holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the European University and an MBA from the Henley Business School.

Rachel Robinson is Chief Client Officer, Public Sector, for the UK. She has worked for TP for over 30 years and has extensive experience in UK government having built this vertical from its inception. She has a strong Client Services and Business Development background, and resides in Bristol, England.

Rahul Jolly is the CEO of TP in the Philippines. He is responsible for formulating organic and inorganic growth strategies driven through value-based client solutions. As a results-oriented, global executive, he has managed diverse and progressive roles throughout his 24 years of business experience. Before TP, Rahul held transformation consulting roles at IBM, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/PMP from the Project Management Institute. He holds an Executive MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Sidharth Mukherjee is the Chief Executive Officer for TP Infinity. Sid leads TP’s digital transformation capabilities, encompassing Technology, Analytics, and Process Excellence (T.A.P.), with over 2,000 specialists in areas  such as digital products, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and CX consulting. Over his  21-year career, Sid has worked across six continents and led multiple programs in strategy development, M&A execution, and business transformation. He earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B-Tech from IIT Kanpur.

Simon Yoxon-Grant is the President & CEO of LanguageLine Solutions (LLS), a TP company recognized as a leader in interpretation, translation, and localization services. His journey with LLS began over 25 years ago, when he started as a sales executive in the UK and quickly advanced to senior leadership roles, overseeing global sales, marketing, and product teams.

In 2019, Simon became CEO of TLScontact (TLS), a TP company renowned for its leadership in providing visa, consular, and citizen services to government clients worldwide. During his tenure, Simon led the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, driving transformation and strengthening its operations. He also oversaw a global business with more than 160 secure locations spanning 90 countries. Simon returned to LanguageLine Solutions as the President & CEO in 2024.

Simon Wieschemann is a TP Senior Vice President for Global Client Solutions and joined the TP family via the Majorel acquisition in 2023. He is instrumental in transforming and developing some of our most significant client businesses and relationships, with over 16 years of experience in the CX industry. Simon holds roles with full responsibility for operational delivery and financial oversight on core clients from the IT High-Tech and global Internet industry. Simon has a deep understanding of what global clients need to serve and operate their CX at highest outcomes. He supported and led key global M&A projects transforming inhouse CX operations, driving their transformational journey with highly efficient and optimized solutions.

Will is the Deputy Chief Client Officer at TP. With over two decades of service in the teleservices industry, Will has traversed a dynamic career path, ascending through various senior and executive leadership positions. Throughout his journey, he has cultivated a deep understanding of call center operations, honing his expertise in customer relations and business expansion strategies with some of the world's largest brands. Focused on fostering meaningful connections and driving growth, Will consistently delivers positive results, earning recognition for his ability to align customer satisfaction with business objectives.
