JUMP! is a development program created to identify and prepare high-potential employees to take on leadership positions in the company.
The goal is to prepare employees for leadership roles—advancing from TP experts to supervisors, from supervisors to coordinators, and ultimately from coordinators to managers. The JUMP! program provides a structured training journey, combining technical and behavioral development with personalized growth plans.
