Miranda Collard is the Global Chief Client Officer and has been with TP for 26 years. She has a deep understanding of the BPO industry across multiple organizations. She has held roles with oversight of operational delivery, coupled with various support departments at TP, and has experience across a broad spectrum of industry verticals. Serving TP clients in an end-to-end delivery across the global TP footprint, Miranda is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and business transformation efforts of our client partners.
Mamta Rodrigues
TP Women - Co Chair
BIOGRAPHY
Mamta has responsibility for the BFSI global clients and has full responsibility for end-to-end delivery for this vertical including supporting the client expansion plans and leveraging the best assets to build, support and grow the business unit globally. She is also a board member of Diversity and Inclusion and TP Women. Prior to this role, Mamta has worked in financial services for over 20 years at companies such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Synchrony. Mamta has deep domain expertise in this vertical and also in digital solutions and transformation. Mamta has an undergraduate degree from Boston University and an MBA from Stern at New York University.
Sarah Miller

Sarah currently supports the Global Client Solutions and Business Development teams in TP as Chief of Staff to the Global CCO. She is responsible for a multitude of tasks including design, development, and implementation of optimal business processes. Her experience and background enable her to effectively translate “big picture” business strategies into tangible solutions.
Sarah is a 19-year tenured employee with TP and has a breadth of experience across the customer lifecycle such as training and development, operations, client solutions, and business development.
Audrey Thomas

BIOGRAPHY
Audrey Thomas has been an essential part of TP in the USA since March 2018. Starting in an administrative role, she advanced to an Engagement Coordinator and now excels as a Senior Manager of HR, overseeing internal employee communications and social media for TP in the USA.
Audrey currently leads a dedicated team of nine members based in the Philippines and India. Her strategic vision and creativity have been instrumental in enhancing TP in the USA's internal communications and social media presence. She also contributes to the organization by serving on the board of employee resource groups like TP Pride, VERG, and Asian@TP, and recently moving from chairing TP Women in the USA to a global role with TP Women.
Audrey is a devoted mother to her daughter, who is active in volleyball, basketball, and track. She spends much of her time at the gym or track, and coaches her daughter's travel basketball team, a shared passion that strengthens their bond. A lover of thriller and suspense novels, Audrey volunteers at the local library and actively contributes to the community through her work with the YWCA, women's shelters, and youth sports programs.
Ana Ledesma Landeros

Ana serves as Global Business Intelligence Manager for TP, supporting the Global Client Solutions teams. Prior to this role, Ana served as PMO Manager and Chief of Staff for Deloitte's Asian Service Group, overseeing projects for Asian clients in the LATAM region. With more than a decade of experience in business development, project management, administration, and operations across diverse industries, Ana has been pivotal in the growth and consolidation of new business and delivery of impactful insights to senior executives. She prides herself in fostering collaboration across multicultural teams.
As a TP Women Leader, Ana actively supports initiatives, including our groundbreaking “Women Leading Change” event in Miami, the first of its kind. In this event, we reaffirmed our commitment to driving positive change by promoting equality, empowering women, and raising awareness on crucial topics of diversity and inclusion.

Logan Joy

Logan Joy is the Executive Assistant to Mamta Rodrigues and has been a part of TP since 2017. In her current position, Logan provides invaluable support to Mamta and her BFSI leadership team. Logan's journey at TP began in a customer service role, where her dedication and skills led to various successive promotions over the years.
Throughout her career, she has actively supported various diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within TP, including collaboration with each employee resource groups to help drive success through employee engagement. Logan has also been a driving force in the company's corporate responsibility efforts, consistently striving to make a positive impact.
Outside of work, Logan finds joy in being outdoors, embracing nature, and spending quality time with her family and children. She is passionate about crafting and always seeks opportunities to learn something new, embodying a growth mindset both personally and professionally.

Bonnie Wortham

BIOGRAPHY
Bonnie has over 23 years of experience in the BPO industry. She has been with TP for 18 years, working in Operations for 14 years and in Client Solutions for nine years in Client solutions. She has strong experience working in various industries and sectors, working in telecommunications, tech support, natural gas. Starting as an agent at TP, Bonnie worked her way up and eventually launched the TP PSL current location as its site director from 2015 to 2017.
Bonnie has been married for 20 years and has five children. Her family lives in Florida, and are huge Disney fans. She is also a foodie and loves cooking.
Sabrina Sanchez Brenta
TP Women - LATAM
BIOGRAPHY
Sabrina joined TP in 2006 and over the years, she has built a consolidated professional career; she has held positions as WFM manager, financial planning and control manager, CFO, and a country managing director in Chile. She recently joined the Nearshore Region as Chief Operating Officer for Mexico Nearshore.
Sabrina graduated from TP University in 2016, and is also a member of the global TP Women Committee, representing the IberoLatam region. She is also a member of the CTC (Top 100<45) which perfectly complements her studies in economics and MBA. She is a passionate and experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in multicultural environments in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
Luciana Cemerka

Luciana Cemerka is TP’s Chief Marketing Officer and has delivered bold and innovative marketing campaigns for TP worldwide. With a career developed by working in multinational companies such as Microsoft and Telefonica as well as possessing international working experience Luciana brings to TP her passionate view and vast knowledge in implementing a 360-degree marketing approach. She is always motivated to achieve more and is willing to make a difference.
Luciana is also a Guest Professor in an online digital marketing course offered by one of the most renowned universities in São Paulo, Brazil.
Rebecca Brown

Rebecca Brown is an EVP for Business Development in the USA and has been with TP for 13 years and in the BPO industry for 21. She has a deep understanding of selling within the industry and oversees a team accountable for delivering to an aggressive revenue quota each year. She works closely with clients and prospective clients to build solutions to meet business needs across multiple industry verticals and geographies. Rebecca is responsible for ensuring the solutions we present to clients are built upon transformational elements that both drive efficiencies and/or revenue as well as deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Rupa Ramamurthy

Rupa is the EVP of Client Services, Back Office, and Digital Solutions at TP. She has over 28 years of experience in core banking and in the BPO industry, leading clients for TP today. In addition to being a Global Account Executive on the BFSI team, she is also the global leader for driving back office and digital solutions for the vertical. Rupa has industry experience having worked at organizations such as Citibank in the past and has expertise in operations and delivery excellence. Rupa is also a leader in TP Women for India and Middle East and is part of the Global TP Women leadership team. In her personal time, Rupa has a passion for music and physical fitness.
Amani Abuzeid

Amani's 18-year journey at TP began as a contact center representative and has evolved into leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Starting with a degree in Fine Arts from Helwan University in Cairo, she transitioned into digital business services across North America and Egypt.
Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered exceptional results, fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Amani has earned prestigious certifications, including COPC Registered Coordinator and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICYB), along with advanced certifications in negotiation and decision-making.
Amani's story is a testament to how perseverance, continuous learning, and a passion for success can create endless opportunities to elevate both personal and professional endeavors.

Camilla is a highly experienced industry expert with over 25 years of expertise in service delivery, project management, and BPO program director roles for top-tier companies. She has built a reputation as an authority in service delivery lead, policy development, insights management, and AI automation within the Trust and Safety (T&S) function.
With more than a decade of experience in T&S across numerous global clients, Camilla has led large-scale global operations, implementing innovative and agile solutions, and has played a critical role in leading clients to realize the significant returns of investing in T&S including brand growth, customer engagement, and loyalty.
As Senior Vice president Practice Lead for T&S, she plays a role to support current and new clients in this line of business. Her role supports clients across a wide range of industries including travel, gaming, retail, eCommerce, government, and gambling.
Sisi Wan

Sisi joined TP in APAC in September 2020. She is responsible for TP Interact opportunities and analytics service deliveries in APAC. Toni today holds the position as the Chairperson of TP Women, and a proud member herself of TP Pride. She champions for the economic and professional growth of women in the organization, advocates for gender equality, and is involved in various initiatives that promote women and LGBT empowerment.
Dallas FitzPatrick

Dallas FitzPatrick is the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Director at TP. With over a decade of experience in HR and DE&I, Dallas specializes in creating and implementing holistic DE&I strategies aligned with organizational values. She leverages data-driven insights and prioritizes employee voices for meaningful impact.
Dallas holds a BSc in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University and a master’s in human resource management from Troy University.
Charlotte Foucteau

Charlotte Foucteau is the CEO of TP in Greece and a member of its Board of Directors. With a proven track record of success, Charlotte assumed the CEO role in November of 2022 after serving as Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Having been an integral part of TP in Greece since 2007, Charlotte has extensive experience managing complex and multilingual accounts. Her deep understanding of the customer experience management industry and her commitment to excellence have been instrumental in the company's continuous development. Charlotte holds an academic degree in law from the Pantheon Assas University in Paris.
Rehanna Saeed

With over 11 years of experience at TP, Rehanna has cultivated a robust career in learning and development. Prior to joining TP, she worked for a leading energy company. Her professional journey began as a sales trainer and evolved through consultancy and training manager roles, culminating her current position in the Global L&D Team. Throughout Rehanna’s tenure, I has led BEST initiatives, collaborated with talented training teams, shaped our Global L&&D offerings, and played a key role in implementing TP’s learning and talent platform. Additionally, she designed and currently manages our Global Performance Review process and approach to skills and competencies.

Clementine Gauthier

Clémentine is the Senior Vice President for Corporate for Corporate Social Responsibility, developing and deploying the Group’s sustainability and ESG strategy. She joined TP in 2009, coming from Argentina and France. Prior to her current role, she led the Group’s business intelligence area. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
Daniela Giusti

With 18 years at TP, Daniela Giusti began her career as an agent and advanced through roles in operations, training, HR, IT, and technology. As Global Vice President of Product Management, she drives the strategy for TP’s software products, aligning them with business goals and delivering impactful solutions. Her notable achievements include developing the myTP Platform and implementing TP Protect and StoryfAI globally as SaaS solutions.
Outside of work, Daniela enjoys traveling, Disney, Star Wars, and exploring new cuisines.
Cecile Falchier
TP Women - Finance
BIOGRAPHY
After graduating from ESCP Europe Business School, Cecile started her career as an auditor with PWC and as a Corporate Auditor at Rhône-Poulenc Group. She is Six Sigma Black belt-certified and is a Chartered Accountant. Cecile has more than 25 years of experience in international finance and leadership positions, and in integration and transformation program management in France and Germany for global companies such as General Electric, Carrier (United Technologies), Sanofi, and Pfizer before joining TP in 2010 as EMEA’s CFO.
In 2016, Cecile was appointed as Digital Finance Transformation Director to lead the rollout of TP Group’s ERP D365. Cécile joined TLScontact in 2019 as Group CFO, a TP Specialized Services business unit.
As certified Women Be European Board-Ready and a member of the Executive Leadership committee and TLS Boards, Cecile has been chairing the TLSWomen Board. After supporting the preparation of the Majorel integration in 2023, Cecile was appointed SVP Head of Group Controlling in February 2024.
Teri O’Brien

Teri O’Brien is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of the TP Group. She has over 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance and compliance matters. Before joining TP, Teri was a partner at Latham and Watkins, LLP, an international law firm with offices throughout the world.
Alan Winters

Alan Winters is TP's Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Chief Global Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer. He is responsible for global human resources, learning and development, and the global compliance, privacy, and security function for the Group. Alan has over 28 years’ experience in operations and compliance management with global Fortune 500 organizations, and has held leadership roles at Citibank, Sprint, and Express Scripts before joining TP. He has extensive operational experience in leading global teams in the financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors.
Rachael DeCarvalho

Rachael is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Language Line Solutions responsible for the Workforce Management, Customer Service, and Reporting Analytics Teams. Rachael has been with LLS for 16 years; 10 of those heading up the operations teams in her homeland of the UK and the past six in the US, leading a global team across four countries. Rachael is incredibly results-oriented responsible for achieving both cost reduction and service level improvements, contributing to an enhanced customer experience.
