Key expectations of the role:
- Domain expert in the specific area – 8 to 10 years of experience in the domain
- Subject matter expertise – Very good understanding of nuances of the domain, has worked in domain as SME for 4 to 5 years
- Good analytical and research skills for creating Industry, competitor, and client insights.
- Good knowledge of analytical tools
- Experience in handling solutions and worked in deals identifying the key win strategies or themes for the bid, culling out the key differentiators
- Good understanding of sales and solution cycle
- Good team collaboration skills for bid management
- Good skills to analyze the client aspects needed for the solution
- Responsible for working with BD teams with building strategies for potential client wins
- Knowledge on identifying the key win strategies or themes for the bid, culling out the key differentiators, understanding and communication the client/ Sales community expectations
- Strategic oversight and overall development of the industry services GTM strategy build
- Identify key organizations with potential and build relationship with BD/ SAM teams +
- Stakeholder mapping and account plans.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of bid management experience within the BPM/ BPO / Digitally
- integrated services industry
- Excellent knowledge on the domain specified. Experience of 8-10 years in the domain
- Strong Microsoft tools knowhow – PowerPoint, excel, word, project and others
- Creative bent of mind to work on messaging and articulation of the solution proposal
- Ability to build strong working relationships with senior level internal clients and peers
- Previous solution digital transformation implementation and management experience
- Ability to travel as needed.
