CMDB Engineer

Experience in CMDB and ITIL process.
Assist in defining and registering of configuration items (CIs); the appropriate level of attributes, and relationships required to support the CMDB Inventory Management process
Create & Monitor Normalization and Reconciliation Jobs to ensure accuracy of data coming from different sources
Manage Roles & Permissions related to Asset Management
Works closely with requesters, Systems, and Service Delivery Teams to establish business requirements for CMDB
Monitor CMDB Logs and identify issues with Discovery Sync, normalization, and reconciliation jobs
Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
Creating reports for Business consumption from CMDB
