For Teleperformance, it’s the spirit of generosity, camaraderie, and belongingness that brings all our people together. We remain passionate about making a positive impact and we believe in the power of giving—to be able to give where we live in order to improve lives and make the world a better place is a feeling that is priceless.
Teleperformance’s Citizen of the World (COTW) initiatives continue to spread positivity and joy all over the world. This time, we set our sights on Teleperformance in Mexico, where our employees’ generosity continues to shine. Our partnership with Save the Children was able to make a huge difference in the lives of children. Through Teleperformance in Mexico’s funding, Save the Children was able to feed 280 girls and boys daily for three months. In a brief message, Save the Children expressed their intent to partner again with Teleperformance in Mexico to continue the fight against child hunger.
Another COTW initiative is Teleperformance in Mexico’s partnership with Un Kilo de Ayuda, a charity that Teleperformance has supported for many years. The charity’s main objective focuses on supporting early childhood development, particularly the physical, cognitive, linguistic, and socio-emotional development of children aged 0 to five years old. Un Kilo de Ayuda also provides family support, and awareness on issues such as health and nutrition.
Thanks to our generous volunteers, we were able to help Un Kilo de Ayuda on two major projects:
1. The construction of the Salitre del Cerro Volunteer Demonstration Center in the State of Mexico located in the community of Salitre del Cerro, wherein Teleperformance contributed money to the project. Teleperformance volunteers then helped in building a local training center that taught how to prevent gastrointestinal and respiratory diseases to the communities.
2. The construction of the Mazahua Research Community Center, an ongoing project that started in 2019. It is a water resource facility that features a sustainable management system for local agricultural activities and provides education and nutritional support to children.
We would like to thank our Teleperformance in Mexico's teams for their kindness and generosity! You serve as our inspiration to share and spread the love even more. Our Citizen of the World initiatives continue to make a positive impact because of you. We hope to see you all again on the next COTW event in your area!
