Teleperformance has been rewarded with several certifications that are unmatched in the industry including PCI, DSE and HIPAA.

In addition, Teleperformance is compliant with ISO 17799 & 27001, ITIL, COBIT and PIPEDA. Teleperformance is the first and only CRM company that is DSE and PCI certified and is required to be audited on a quarterly and annual basis to maintain certification.

Compliance is the foundation for the data and physical security practices for Teleperformance.
