In April 2006, Teleperformance announced the start-up of Teleperformance Chile operations as an expansion of a highly successful offshore program currently operating in Argentina.
Teleperformance Chile began operations in a state-of-the-art facility located in Santiago de Chile. This location has the right combination of infrastructure, culture and great people to make it attractive to both Teleperformance and our clients.
In addition to servicing the local market, Teleperformance Chile will offer comprehensive offshore contact center outsourcing services in English and Spanish to the U.S., Spain and other key markets.
Teleperformance’s goal is to make our Chile operations an offshore option, while at the same time becoming a major local market player.
