Our Dominican Republic site was established in 2002 and serves as an offshore satellite location to our U.S. subsidiary, Americall Group (AGI).
In 1998, the Teleperformance Group acquired Americall Group (AGI). We specialize in outbound telemarketing services in key vertical markets.
From the Dominican Republic, we provide inbound and outbound services to the U.S. Hispanic market from more than 200 workstations located in Puerto Plata.
All technology platforms, such as switch and automated dialer capability, are located in the United States, either in our St. Louis, MO location or our Naperville, IL facility. This ensures quality and reliability, as well as, the confidentiality of client and customer records and data.
