Brent currently serves as the CEO for Teleperformance United States and leads the operational teams within our centers. Brent's extensive experience includes leadership of many of the country's leading Contact Center Service Agencies. Brent also founded TeleServices Partners in 1996, one of the premier contact center consulting groups in the country. Prior, Brent was President/CEO of ITI Marketing Services (now APAC), and COO of Matrixx Marketing. He is a graduate of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah, and holds a degree in Public Relations. |
 |  | CEO Teleperformance USA ARM Tim has 20 years of contact center industry experience. Tim joined the company 10 years ago as VP of Client Services. Tim was promoted to COO and President Client Services in 2002. Prior to Teleperformance USA, Tim worked in operations at The Signature Group. Tim holds an MBA from Northwestern University and has been instrumental in leading his team in the operational implementation and program management of many successful outsourcing engagements for Teleperformance clients. |

Alan joined the company in 2002 when Teleperformance USA acquired Comm-Comm, where he was a founding partner and President/CEO. Alan leads the organization's business development efforts and partnerships for our major clients and partners. He has been very instrumental in orchestrating, developing, and constructing successful contact center programs. Alan was also the developer of Teleperformance USA's patented ESPSM automation technology. |

Jeff has over 19 years of telecommunications experience in both the finance and operations for both wireline and wireless segments of the business. Jeff has a B.S. degree from Central Missouri State University. Jeff and his wife, Susan, reside in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Jeff has two daughters, Jennifer, who is an actress in New York and Jill is at FIU in Miami.
